Steezy knows what he is talking about. And, do you also live in Ontario like me and eXo?

Honestly, you told me you live in Ontario and you are more than likely just going to get a slap on the wrist.

Are you implying Ontario has a bad justice system ? I've been arrest countless times for many things. Some of which I cannot repeat. Let me tell you they don't go soft for anything. If it's a first offense they'll consider light punishment or juvenile. I've spent two years in a boot-camp in Edmonton when I live in Ontario. It wasn't fun nor do I recommend it. Be truthful is the best advice I can give anyone, They'll be able to tell when your lying. Don't fuck up your life over an iPod.

I feel like such an idiot. I went to the situation baked and wasn't aware of anything nor prepared. In the future, I shall prepare so I can easily get my self out of it. So should I just,

"I was walking home from 'insert location here', I cut through a parking lot as a shortcut and noticed a door slightly opened, I saw a MP3 out and took it. I found a pair of glasses 2 parking spots down from that and just went home."

That's part of the story but now, what do I say about posting the stolen item on Kijiji? Like how should I say something that doesn't make me look to desperate.

Rofl, don't pull the whole "I am not talking without a Lawyer" or it is going to give you a worse outcome.
you say not to do that but you give the reason why you should later in your post -.-

Tell the truth, you'll get punished but it's always better than lying all the time and then get caught. The cops aren't stupid.

Say you got nervous and just wanted to get rid of it? Only thing I can think of atm that doesn't sound too bad.

@"CrystuL" I am from Ontario.

@"DrecliN" Yes, I am implying that our judicial system sucks here. I've been arrested many times and have been busted with plenty, but never charged.

And what Relapse said.

Say you really started to regret it and got scared. The only thing that came to mind was to sell it.

You wont look desperate and it will show that you aren't just some thuggish teenager looking for easy drug money.

Your stupid for falling for it, i have been to court various times and i can tell you no matter what you won't get away with it especially if its not your first offense.

Apologize and talk to your lawyer for the least amount of punishment possible, at the max you will be on probation.

Yea just say you found it on the road or something and didn't steal it... Best thing I can think of.
