whenever i pull up my notification bar on fk it slides down than slides up automatically not letting me look at anything and i cant see my notifications. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Happens on mobile from time to time. sorry.

I have a phone and an ipad and its happening on both for about a month now. i tried going on my dads ipad for work but it still did it then, its like been stuck like this forever. will it ever work

on my iphone its fine, 90% of the time.
 
I mean maybe you can delete all cookies and data that might help.
 
I just click alerts, then click an alert before it goes back up.
