Need help resolving an Unauthorized PayPal dispute

I sold the user Vitalz my gamertag on here about two months ago and it turns out that today he chargedback for $240 dollars. Since it's virtual I have no idea what to say and I figured someone here had experience in winning a dispute like this before. I beg for one of you to help me with this as I have a -$240 balance and I use this account frequently as I have a PayPal debit card. Any help is appreciated.
