Okay, so i recently started a forum, and i need some help. Well, during the making off the forum, random people joined,so i deleted them. Well then when some of the members signed up that i wanted to, it said they were member number 16 and shit.. Not members 2 and 3.. So i would really, really, appreciate if someone could help me. I will be offering some paypal money, for whoever can help me fix this problem.

Or is it possible to completely delete their accounts?

Yes, and where do i see where the awards are, and who owns them?

That is just how it is... You can't do much about it unless you edit them in phpMyAdmin. Not really any point though.
