Need help with an eBay problem

So I tried selling an item on eBay. Customer bought it but didn't send the money.

Im getting this on my account. I tried canceling the order. The buyer has to confirm the cancellation, I think?

Buyers sometimes take 2 days to send the payment, after that contact eBay.

What do you mean by this? I'm a rook when it comes to eBay. I just don't want to get charged for something that someone didn't even buy.
