Need help with PayPal.

When i go to buy something on my PayPal it says
'We can't process your payment right now, so please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience.'
Does any one know anything about this error?

That's what happens to me to. Link up a VCC on it and it'll work.
Don't use empty fake PP's. Get a PP holder or something.

I just made my PayPal account, i'm sort of new to PayPal. I did an exchange with @SWS for $75 AGC To $50 PP, now that i have $50 on my PayPal i kind of want to spend it.
