Okay well I'm a dumbass and fell for a Java Drive-by and now I'm wondering what I can do to remove/stop it? Any advice is appreciated.

I'm no professional but here is a few ideas.

1. Boot in Safe Mode and run an anti-malware scan.
2. Enter Msconfig and disable all start up items.
3. Search your hard drive for potentially malicious software.

Boot in Safe Mode as said above.
Go into MSConfig and disable what you think is suspicious.
Do the same with RegEdit.
Now that you've removed the startup of those stuff, go to the folder where they were installed and delete them.

Run ESET Online Scanner... DL: http://go.eset.com/us/online-scanner
Delete Suspicious Processes...
Download & Scan with OTL by Oldtimer
Download Combofix & Scan
Download Spybot Search And Destroy & Scan

Post Back Here With Results & Logs. Or try the HF white hat help section.

Look in your appdata folder. Scroll down until you see random crap under the folders. Any exe's, delete.
