You are going to need a proxy or a VPN to get onto a site you are IP banned from, giving that they actually allow for those to be used on their site.

Sites for online proxies:
https://www.top-proxies.co.uk/

Sites for top VPNs:
http://www.proxy.ie/blog/ultimate-vpn-list/

Just pick whichever you would like.

What they do by the way is change your IP. Hence what you need.
