Why when you say it was an attempted GIF it makes the still image look all that more hilarious hahah.

Are you trying this from a Phone or PC? Are you doing it via link or upload?

Lol yeah makes it look stupid. And yes threw my iPhone 6s Plus

Just use a computer. The gif needs to be 100x100

Don't upload the picture. Just copy and paste the link of the gif. That's what I did through my iPad.
