It's a code on the back of a card you enter into your Paypal.

Go to somewhere like 7-Eleven
or Rite aid, and make sure you have cash.
Get a moneypack, and redeem it on your paypal.
Very easy, although you must be 18+ to get one I think, so bring someone with you.(If you're not 18)
