Need online bank - no card

I want to create a paypal account, but i am not yet 18, therefor i am not able to get a credit card, or a prepaid card. Can anyone help me pay for stuff online withought any of these things?
 
Well, you can get a pre-paid visa card from post office.
 
At 16 you can get a debit card, go into your local bank and talk to them about it.
 
You can get a debit card, and if worse comes to worse, you can always link your bank account :3
 
How are you going to have an online bank, when you don't have a bank account.
You need a Credit/ Debit card
 
Get your mum to get you a pre-paid visa card. I'm pretty sure legal age is 13 for a pre-paid CC.
 
Get a SpendOn card, you can buy RSBuddy VIP and RSBuddy scripts with it.
