pretty sure they let you withdraw the money after a certain amount of time

yea but thats like after a year of it being limited i think, probably even more
 
OP depending of where the paypal account is using photoshop docs can be made and provided to open it up. I knew a guy doing this but I am not sure if he does it anymore.
 
I know what do to PM me c: it's like to make your account not limited
