Need Paypal to Liberty reserve help

I'm looking to transfer my Paypal funds into a LR Account, as I'm new most people are not going to want to trade so I was wondering if it would be possible to create an LR Account with my parents card & info etc & just send the money straight from the pp to the LR account or would I have to send to my parents pp transfer it to their bank & take it out in LR, please tell me what would and wouldn't work, thanks
