Ouch thats gonna be hard... well when i used to send as a gift, i used to get on a VPN, and send the money so i can report it as stolen.

Your best bet now, is to call PP and say, ''that the seller, made me send it as gift, or he wouldnt sell me ''balalblab'' but i got scammed instead, didnt recieve anything, and i got blocked on skype or w.e''
