Need someone in Black Arm Gang [Shield of Arrav]

What if we've already done the quest. Can we still do it?
 
If you still haven't found someone to help you, I have a few accounts I can start the quest and see if I get in that gang to help you.
 
I would help but Java is fucking up on my computer and I can't get on rs..

I love how like 3 people said they can help and never added me on MSN or anything. Goes to show how many people are just looking for these damn rgpoints.
