Need suggestions on how to imrpove my forum

So right now I am working on my first forum. It is going good but due to the lack of experience I am not sure what else is needed to be added. I don't want the forum to be live yet so if you want the link PM me. Any advice is appreciated as long as it is constructive.

Can you link us the forum so we can see what is wrong with it? Also telling us what you have already added?

I don't want to post the link publicly yet so I will PM you it. I still need to add a few more sections. I have made awards and upgrades. I got a good theme and good userbars. I am not sure what else is needed. I am sure I haven't covered everything though.
