Need to know how to verify a PP.

I have a lot of money in my paypal right now but I can't spend any of it do to the fact that my PayPal isn't verified. How can I verify a PP without a CC or anything? I've saw this thread on here before talking about a method and the guy was even doing it for free. I don't remember who though.
 
I think that there is a method using E*Trade, and it worked for me. You can look it up online, it's pretty widespread.
 
E-Trade method is actually patched for around a week now.
I'm currently working on an ebook about verifying paypal accounts, since you seem to be a respected member I can give you a vouch copy when it's done.

I can't do the E Trade method. It no longer works I don't think and it won't let me anyway. I've been trying to contact Hubs but he isn't responding.
