how does this exactly work? are they full accounts?

I just bought the weekly plan.. It won't let me into it, it says Windows protected your PC. Windows SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

EDIT: I got it working. Thanks a lot @Justice

In this generator, the accounts are shared with everyone correct? So this would not be something we would want to use to start a shop, but moreso for personal use.
