Neutral Rep & Koin Purchases

I was wondering why cant we give other members neutral rep?
- theres probably an answer to this long before but i do not know, thats why im asking

Also I remembered that you could upgrade using koins. I want to upgrade a user with koins is this still possible?

( these questions might have been asked in the past but i honestly dont know the answers to them. So any polite response will be appreciated and thank you for your time )

To answer, no, I don't think you can upgrade to power with koins anymore, and you can upgrade to onyx but its more expensive and only lasts 1 year.

if i give them the koins does it still count as if i upgraded them ?

I mentioned Neutral reputation a while back and the answer I got was that it was making a return sometime, guess not.

I don't know why it takes fucking forever to implement something as easy as neutral rep, lol.
It takes, literally, less than 5 minutes time.
I personally don't enjoy giving out negative rep, and I don't believe I have since the rep system got reset, so I'd rather just give someone neutral rep to basically leave a comment on their profile.
Either bring back neutral rep, or install the Profile Comments mod (honestly, doesn't take more than 10-15 minutes to do so, there would be MANY uses for it).

Reputation can be used in many different ways. Not everyone on this site uses it for the marketplace, and not everyone on the site is a shit-talker..
Few examples of reputation uses:

• Oh, your avatar is of {X} game/artist/etc, I like that, here's rep
• Hey, you made a really useful post earlier, here's some rep!
• You helped me with a problem I had, thanks a lot, I needed it.

Those are just some of the many examples that could be listed.
And yes, I know it's just "your guess", but I'm just pointing out that those aren't the only 2 uses for reputation.

thats what i was thinking about neutral rep! like the exact thing, i dont want to neg them but seeing that 0 you know that you can work on something and try to change

You cannot give neutral reputation, and it will not be added.

You can purchase the Onyx upgrade for a member by sending Philly or Narc 25 Koins and the name of the user you want to upgrade.
