New Bo3 skull splitter?? with prestige camo

my brother kept asking me to use my account to try because hes going thru whole familys account to try and get this dlc or some shit idk i play 360 . anyways this is on xbox one 

how much is the skull splitter and priestege camo / account with it
if anything?? my brother was flipping shit like screaming so idk

The account isn't worth more just because of a weapon you can get for free by going on it with season pass for free weapon bribe. I have this as well, just a new DLC weapon dude.
