Myself and LMCampbell will upgrade any normal member that we see helping to spread the word about Market Forums. If they have lots of referrals, or are bringing lots of traffic and attention to Market Forums they will get upgraded, no payment required.
You can PM myself and LMCampbell to point us to where you're helping us out, but you can not directly ask for the upgrade. It needs to be actually helping Market Forums first before we upgrade you.

So effectively, 2 users can pay $15 each to both get upgraded (or $10 each if you do it before tomorrow evening). This is all part of our donation drive before we move onto our new VPS, which will be costing a lot more than we pay currently.
