New contests?

I had some new ideas about some contests. Here is my ideas:

1. Graphic of the week
2. Member of the month
3. Best tutorial of the month
4. Best video clip of the month
5. Best junior mod of the month

Just some new/current contests. Post thoughts please.

Those are some good ideas, but what would the user get if he wins this contest?

A new award, avatar, signature or points from the admins? The avatar and sig would be exclusive to the winners only.

So every time a user wins a contest they would be made an exclusive avatar and signature? Don't you think that would be a lot of work?
