Well, there are different ways to say Megabytes per second. (MB/s, Mbps)
MB is a megabit, but It's the same thing when compared to Mbps.

Oh by the way. One is listed as a 'USB Flash Drive' and the other as a 'Jump Drive'. What's the difference?

Means the same thing, just another word for a USB flash drive.
