Well, I have always loved owning a forum but never had the right team. I always had people that were backstabbers or didn't know a damn thing. I think I am ready to get a good solid team together and make a forum. I do have a nice niche for the forum but as like any owner of a forum or an upcoming forum, I am open to ideas.
My Niche?
We all know becoming successful on YouTube and Social Media is a challenge right? Well, I want to make a forum for YouTube Gamers and Designers. Why gaming and designing? Personally, I do both and I think it is always good to start a forum around something you enjoy or personally do. It's like me making a forum about music creation. I don't know anything about it, therefore it will make me want to do less on the site and I won't want to put as much effort in it. See what I am getting at? Well, back to the forum niche. I want to make a site that is based on gaming and graphics. Whether it be motion graphics, editing or anything related to graphics. On the gaming side, I want to offer teams, clans and groups the chance to promote their team. I want a forum to come together as a whole and support each other as both users climb to the top. Whether the are on YouTube, Facebook or just a team that enjoys streaming, I want to help them.
Well, now you guys know what I had in mind, I want to hear what you guys think about it? I want all feedback, whether it's a good or bad idea and if you would be interested in joining and becoming an active member.
I will need a good solid staff team ranging from moderators, staff, admins and even some developers to assist me in the making of the site. On the other hand, any people who would like to help with funds for hosting, domain and a theme are greatly appreciated but not needed. For the time being, I will be using a paid premium theme but once I know it's going to be active, I don't mind spending the $50-$200 on a custom theme.
I am open to all suggestions and I would like to open this thread for discussion about this forum. Please keep discussion on this thread and let me know if you would be interested in helping me with it. Thanks!
