From what I hear, if you recover a banned tag that has been swapped you get banned yourself. Is this true?

No that is not true. If you know what your doing, your fine And he swapped Blender again so it should be secure. You can also check by typing Blender in your moto on xbox. If it lets you, the tag is fine. If it doesnt, the tag is fucked.
