recently just got off the phone with microsoft,

COD/Halo Games can no longer be license transfered they have to be boughten on the account.

You can no longer Force License Transfers anymore either.

Xbox is doing an update, also you can't talk to a tier 3 employee.

You can email them but it takes a week or so for their response.. So if they said they were when you called they lied.

Your an idiot the problem with xbox is downloading already purchased content, which is what your complaining about.. Also you can't get transferred to tier 3 on the phone they email you if you don't have a working email they call you but you can't get transferred them
