If you took a second to render what you were doing in that tiny pea brain of yours, you'd realise that this user has already been banned, and therefore there is no reason to welcome them to the forum.

Exactly, if you're going to do a deal onsite, you need to be a HQ member. If the user is seen to be LQ (Post boosting, poor grammar etc), they will more than likely be declined for a sale/trade. The rules clearly state that post boosting is not allowed, so there can be no complaints
