The text is pretty bad, imo. You shouldn't put it at the bottom unless it more of a watermark, and in this case, it looks more like the text for the actual signature not a watermark.

It's really lacking the basics such as depth, flow, lighting, and such. I'm assuming you smudged duplicated layers of the background or did a brush spam.
