1) I see others getting away with selling accounts without posting proof, I will of course post proof of anything asked by interested buyers, but there's no point is no one is interested.

2) It is staying private for now, however it's nothing special.

3) Your opinion, I've had appraisals of 50-60, I just decided to go for $50. Plus people can bid and if no one wants to buy it out I'll just sell it to the highest bidder.
 

Ok, I was just saying. The main reason SOME(very little) people get away without proof is because they are trusted. Just trying to help you out
