It's not about the price. The "vouch copy" is about whether he is legit or not. Once the user receives the vouch copy of whatever it is they sell, they write a public review stating that they indeed, 1. received the product, 2. used the the said, product, and 3. Let users know about how reliable the price is and if it is a worth while purchase.

Not only does that bring customers, but it also sets up a relationship for the buyer with the voucher as well, who then may/may not purchase again from the user. There is a point to vouching.

And if its just $5, then you purchase it instead of complaining over the thread.
