Don't let it be the holder's fault. If someone trusts another person with hundreds of dollars, let it fall on them if they are scammed. The scammer was successful, so well done to him for taking advantage of someone's stupidity.

If people on this site need a Paypal holder for whatever reason they shouldn't even be using Paypal in the first place, and yes I'm talking about most of the underage kids on this forum. There are too many bad things that will happen Paypal holding services continue on this site.

Honestly, I don't think they should be banned/removed, because it is a valuable service for people. However, I'm hoping that @Philly decides to implement his "Verified" or "Trusted" group, so that people can get a better of idea of who they should be able to trust. Honestly, if @Philly implemented a group like that, I'd restrict a lot of things to that usergroup only. For now though, I'd say keep it and let people make their own stupid mistakes.
