No way to win a chargeback?

So I got chargebacked from a member that is now banned.

It looks like there is no way for me to win this dispute since they are asking me to provide shipping information.. -_-

Add me on aim, there is two things you could do to potentially win this.

Turns out PP is gay and if someone sends payment as gift there is nothing they can do and it is pretty much the sellers fault for having them send as gift.

Wonder why so much people here prefer buyers to send as gift if they aren't covered?

yea I always make the note state that virtual goods are being are being purchased and they work.

For future reference if they ask for shipping information, mail them a letter with a piece of paper in it, saying "fuck you", ship it to them, once it reaches a certain distance of their location, bam, you win.

This has happened to me before, and it sucks massive dick... I got charged back on some GFX fees i charged a kid about a month ago. I showed as much proof as possible yet theres really nothing you can do sometimes since PayPal seems to be sympathetic towards the customer. GL tho with beating the chargeback

I already took care of this. Scared the shit out of GWK with something I said and was able to get him to cancel the chargeback.
