I have a method also.
Step 1-Send the payment to the seller as goods
Step 2-Confirm the payment
Step 3- Open a dispute by going to account overview, click "Details" by the payment you want to dispute, and then click "Click here to resolve"
Step 4-Report as an Item dispute not an Unauthorized Payment
Step 5- Select "I haven't received my item"
Step 6: Continue after typing something in
Step 7: Open the resolution center, click "Actions", and then "View"
Step 8: Click "Close this dispute"
Step 9: Confirm closing the dispute
