Not getting email notifications

I am having an issue where all the sudden I am not receiving anymore email notifications.

I double checked that I have them turned on, that I am subscribed to threads, and that my email is correct. Also, they are not in my junk folder.

They were working fine and just stopped all the sudden.

Can anyone help?
