I don't know how to add a signature by uploading a photo (.jpeg file). Any help would be great. Also, where can i set up a thread to take requests for signatures/avatars?

Upload your signature to Imgur. Then after it's uploaded, click on your image. It should take you to another page with just the image. Copy the URL, then go to edit signature in User CP. After that, click the add image and paste the url in there.
