Welcome to the Eclipse recruitment thread!

Update: We are doing an inactivity kick this coming weekend. If you haven't applied or have been previously denied, feel free to apply. Looks like we'll be accepting many new members!

Eclipse is currently based on gaming. We accept both console, and PC players!

We are looking to be as high quality as possible, so we wont be accepting every application that rolls in.

Just because someone might be popular around, doesn't mean you'll get an instant approval, we've denied everyone whose submitted a UCP application saying things like "Because I'm awesome."

Think you have what it takes to be in Eclipse?
Please make/fill out your own application, we want you to do this to show your dedication and creativity! Make sure to include things such as what you game on, your favorite games, etc.

Once you've posted your app on this thread, apply via UserCP and leave the reason blank. If you apply from UCP and didn't post an app you will be blacklisted from Eclipse.

What I play? - COD, and some Halo but I like Call of Duty more.

Console - Xbox 360.

Are you any good? Yes, as I've been gaming on the 360 since 2009 and have seen and learned a lot. Practicing naturally overtime has gotten me much better too obviously.

What will you bring to Eclipse? I think I'll represent the group in a positive way, no matter how that be. I think the point of groups like this is to give off a nice image to the new members and connect with the old.

Other: It just looks great, and I'm glad to have gotten the chance to apply for it.

1. Major gaming skills: I'm a PC player of that matters at all. So I play either online FPS games like Combat Arms or Überstrike or SAMP. I also play games that don't require interrt and I play when I'm bored like GTA SA, Skyrim, Portal 2, etc.
2. Your gaming consoles: PC, a DSi, and iPod Touch
3. What can you bring to this UserGroup?: I can bring my HQness, activity, ability to post in sub-forum daily,maturity, honesty, gaming tips, and popularity of the group.
4. Why do you want to join?: Not simply because of the group's username color and userbar but because i want to join as most groups as I can to help them out to the best of my ability and hopefully become a staff member here which is one of my main goals.
5. Do you promise to wear the Group’s Userbar and Username color?: I don't promise ill wear it all the time, but yes I mostly will.

1. I have been on this site since March of 2011.
2. I am a moderator here.
3. I may not be the most active person when it comes to posting, but I still am on every day.
4. I have Xbox 360 and I mainly play Halo 4 and other fps games as well as sports games like Fifa 13.
5. The group is pretty awesome and I will represent it by wearing the userbar on many occasions and as often as possible.

What i play: Cod, and minecraft.
On what: Xbox 360
Why I want to join: Well first off your userbar is sexy, also i would love to represent a group like this, I would always try and keep the group active and HQ, by doing giveaways occasionally.
Also: This seems like it is led by a couple of HQ members who already are showing it, even though they are new, And I would love to join.

What can you bring to this UserGroup?: I'm a pretty laid back and nice person, i'm always keen to help members on FK, whether they be members of a group i'm in or not, i try to be as active as possible while maintaining a full time job. I may not post as much as others but I on most nights each week.
4. Why do you want to join?: I want to join your group because the user bar is sexy as fuck and it'll kinda go with my signature (because Eevee is dark in it) and on a more important note, the owners/leaders of this group may be quite new but are very HQ so it seems. keep it up guys <3

Joined: I have been a member here for about 3 months I joined in August and have remained HQ since day one. I've donated more than most people as I want to see FK up and running well and I want to contribute towards improvements of the site.

hey! if it's based on gaming this is the one for me other groups that claim to be gaming based and all gamer's welcome denied the request or make you pay to get it, i'm a hard core gamer and I feel i'm HQ on this site I don't have 1,000's of posts but i'm on everyday

P.S. i love the userbar and font color :)

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Ross a.k.a 'Martin Luther Bling'. I'm seventeen years-of-age. I'm Scottish; and Scotland is my current place of home.

Why am I applying to join 'Eclipse'?

I'm not going to hit you with some 'life story' about how my dog recently died and if I don't get accepted to join Eclipse then I will spiral down into a deep depression. That would not be the truth. I would like to join as I feel Eclipse would be a user-group in-which, I, would be proud to represent. I am not one for joining every and any user- roup possible. I've only ever applied for one or two... at a maximum, three, user-groups since I joined Forum Korner... and that was in January of 2012.

Why do I deserve to be accepted into 'Eclipse'?

I'm a loyal, faithful, and loving member of Forum Koner, and I plan to bring that attitude to Eclipse if I am accepted. I will represent the user-group as much as possible; and I'll also dedicate myself to wearing the user-bar.

What are my interests?

I'm a casual-gamer. I own both an Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. I play a wide variety of games from Call of Duty to Minecraft. I also enjoy all the usual 'geeky' things such as browsing the World Wide Web.



I've made my application very short; as I did not want to bore you to death. I think I have detailed enough of myself to give you a rough idea of both my attitude and personality. :)​

Why I should be in Eclipse:​

1: I have over 30 vouches (some are unofficial because of un-upgraded member trades)
2. I am very active on the forums
3. I am try to be as helpful as I can be
4. In response to #3, I even try to insert some humor into my assisting of others to make myself appear to be more of a friendlier person.
5. I try my best to message new users, this will make the Eclipse group look like a welcoming group.​

Games: Battlefield, Call of Duty, FIFA, Halo, Need for Speed, and more

Platform: Xbox 360 and PC

Skill Level: I'm pretty good at Xbox. Call of Duty is the game I play most and I'm above average at it. I don't get that many MOABs but usually I finish games with a 2 K/D or more.

Other: I'm dedicated to ForumKorner. I have more than 4k posts, am fully upgraded, and own my own custom award.

Why I want to join: I believe that this is a very HQ group. The userbar and stars look great, and the username color just fits in with it all. It looks like it will be relatively exclusive, which is a good thing in my opinion.

What I believe I can bring to the group: I believe that I have great grammar, and I am always willing to lend a helping hand. I am an Xbox Live Ambassador, and I am always ready to rise to the occasion when it is needed.

What I game on: An Xbox 360

What games I play: Mostly Call of Duty. I also play Minecraft, and 2k Sports games.

Im a very HQ and legit member. Hope i can join. I can bring giveaways and fun to Eclipse also.
