I believe he's gonna make a list of all legitimate posts then from there pick a random number to win the accounts and every 100 or 250 legit post gets upgraded

I've been gone for 20 minutes now and this thread has only gone up by 30 posts, there's a reason for that, Kowai stopped posting (Mr 700 posts, Jesus Christ)

Maybe I could've won that Power upgrade at 1,500 then because I put a somewhat HQ post that wasn't a bunch of spammed characters.

Same here i won onyx 2 times. But because of spam i lost.
