You have to beat Emp in a 1v1 on halo.

Philly has set requirements to get into Power+. But even if you have the requirements, he can easily deny you access to the upgrade group.

I believe it's:
1,000 posts
500-1,000 reputation
1+ months online time
Master Donator

and some other requirements I can't remember.

Still doesn't mean you'll get in.

I would've accepted the challenge if it was 2013, I was one of the montage kids who'd go into Multi-Team and hit Killtrocities and crap every couple of games.
Nowadays I'm an outcast who can only hit nasty snipes every now and then. Xbox 360 is too difficult for me now that I've played so much Xbox One.
