I see alot of people with oG Aim names such as Cartoon, illest,walk , etc.. and I was just wondering how people make the name on AIM oG.? Because when you go to the sign up link, It says sign up with an Email?..can someone help me out?

Yep, you can sign up with only a username at that link

It would still make the email account. I would like to add that in.

since about 2009(?) That is when AIM and FreeAOL became one in the same.
