Nooooooo. They are..Unless the cracker does not fuck with the program.. but most crackers change the damn program completely. :/

Cracking is basically hacking. D/l a program for free isn't cracked.

It annoys me. My friend is always like "Yeah, I download cracked games and stuff." When he just d/l a game and use a serial key... Only thing I get cracked is cs4.
