Open Endings

Aka endings that aren't clearly defined and left to the audience to decide what happens after the story ends. A lot of series have generally accepted ideas on what happens after the end and some don't. (Oyasumi Punpun)
If the story is good, idrc bc yeah it is supposed to be like that, but sometimes I'd like a more real ending. (BTOOOM!) really is needed
Evangelion ending was so fucking great omg I can't wait for 3.0+1.0

I know exactly what you're talking about. You mean the developers leaving their audience to decide what it can be. It could mean anything.
