ingredients:

50 g butter
50 g flour
¼ pint of milk
75 g icing sugar
4 egg yolks
5 egg whites dash of orange liqueur
cinnamon
1 orange peel

preparation:

Start by making a bechamel sauce with the typical ingredients, butter, flour and milk. Cool and add 4 egg yolks, icing sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, orange zest and a splash of orange liqueur or similar.

Mix well.


In addition, clear and mount the mixture carefully with this. Spread buttered pan and sprinkle with flour. Pour mixture into this mold as before and put it in the oven at 180 º for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, unmold and cold dust with icing sugar.
You can serve decorated with bitter orange jelly or with strips of orange peel.leaves.
