I would say HF but that site is ass you can't do shit without Rep. And it's mostly ppl who are bitches, you state your opinion and ppl get butthurt / neg Rep you.On that site ppl get scammed by someone with the most Rep/legit. See it all the time on deal dispute section.

But what if the person they're trading with is Ub3r and has a lot of rep? I mean, then, they're trusted right? It doesn't matter if you're smart or not, people can still scam.

You look up their UID in the Deal Disputes section? And you check their rep to see if they have any scam reports? Ask trusted members if they know about any scamming habits from the user? If they do, then don't deal with them. I'm sure 90% of people who get scammed don't do this type of background check on sellers.
Yeah, but there are tons of new people on here and HF every day. Not everyone knows all about Gamertags and what not. What I'm saying is on here if someone scams, they get banned. On HF it is different which causes a lot more scammers to scam on there because they see nothing being done to the others that scam.

Yes this is true. But a tag dealer who is legit would never risk the normal member creating a deal dispute with his/her UID. I also personally believe turboing is worse than scamming because you're taking a tag for free from someone who already spent money on it. Like having something and then it being gone the next week is worse than not having it at all. And I know this from experience because every single tag I have sold/attempted to sell here has gotten turboed from my buyers, and was taken by someone on this site.
