Overlay tut

Step 1) Make a a New document with 2000x2000 Pixels as the picture below use all the same info


Step 2) Make a New Layer and Do the following:
Choose Brush 300px
On the layer you just made do like in the picture or differently with the colors you want ( i did mine randomly for an Example)




Now for the Brushes:
The Trick is Both the forground and background colors now must be white.
Take the Brushes and Click on where You want it to show up.

Honestly...just looks like you got bored and made something random that makes no sense...

I typed it on my iPod.... So I'll edit tomorrow morning on my laptop
