I need someone to make a new web page design for me.

If you look at www.mr-community.com/donate/ the donation page is shit, this is because we're using some jotforum thing to make it, I absolutely hate it, therefore i'm paying someone to create a new one for us, with same selection boxes, steamId text fields all the same just make the page smaller and put boxes next to each other and make smaller. It also needs to send us a email saying someones filled it out and purchased it, and will send us the information thats was entered in the text fields.

Will negotiate price through Skype or MSN.

Just so you know your page does not work with JS turned off.

A CSS MOTD is a Counter-Strike: Source Message of the Day, it's like a welcome message and/or logo to a CSS Server.

I think your page design is fine as it is, and this does not belong in the gfx section as I think you want someone to program the actual page.
