No, but I heard in the manga he still has the curse mark. In the anime show Itatchi gets rid of it.

whoever gave you that info is completely false. Sasuke killed itatchi and used his eyes for himself. soo hes able to do that special sharingan that itachi knew how to do it was better than Mangekyō Sharingan.

After they fought, Itatchi destroyed the part of Orochimaru in Sasuke and hence the curse mark.
