[PARTNERSHIP] Making Minecraft Server

I'm looking for someone to create a minecraft server with.

So i have some funds im putting into the server, as im looking for you to have little to generate.

Stuff i have no clue how to do
- Add Addons
- Ranks, ect.

I can build a spawn point as you can help.
