Go into the sewers of lummy, have the guy with the party hat die. Loot the party hat on main.

yes but he will put in a report saying he was scammed. and they will ban both accounts, the one who got hacked and the one who got the phat

User w/o phat: Log in with your original IP
User w/ Phat: Get another computer (Laptop) and connect to another free internet connection with no security and log in

Meet each other and transfer.

what disruption means is use your IP for your acccount and your Neighbours Wireless to Login with "phat acc"
