yo, so basically I'm applying for my passport and since I got denied because my last name is different to my mothers.
so, my mum went to the solicitors to get a piece of fancy paper that declares that her name is technically the one she had since birth since she never married my father before he passed away. Everything they signed had my fathers name on it for my mum so shit got complicated.
now, the piece of paper she got from the solicitors has a spelling mistake in my last name twice on the paper, but has my correct name on it a few other times.
I know this is probably confusing as fuck and I'm sorry but it's the best I can explain it. does anyone know whether this piece of paper with a spelling mistake on it even though my name is correct on one other part will pass through the passport office so I can get my passport?
sorry if this is confusing, please help ;-;
