Dude I found someone in game with 95smith by the dung and was like make me a prom rapier. The dude was chill with it and I got a free prom rapier.

one of my good mates is a fucking champ at dung, and has 99 smithing, he would probably do it for you

you just need 90 atk and str for prom weapons

It's 90 attack for prom weaps, and 90 str for prom 2 maul.

I'll be doing some prom's for you tomorrow, no time atm, learning for school
